Start of the day

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day; everybody knows that 😉
I try to variate as much as I can mine. It can be coconut yoghurt or porridge or lactose-free yoghurt but always have some fruits and delicious nuts.
Here you can find some ideas or inspiration for your breakfast if your belly is a little sensitive like mine, you try to avoid dairy product such as milk or yoghurt.

  • 40 grams blueberries organic
  • 1 tbsp honey organic
