I work full time, five days per week, and every day I have to think about what to bring with me for lunch. In the dutch world of bread and butter, it is not an easy life for a gluten-intolerant kid like me.
There is no grab and go sandwich at the office’s cafeteria. My morning laziness punishes me sometimes with the boring result of eating rice cracker and hummus for lunch. Terrible!
Terrified by the pale, tasteless rice cracker, I do push myself to cook almost every day either in the morning or the night before. Sometimes with some pretty lovely results.
