Take your time

These last couple of days I decided not to touch my phone at least for an hour after I stand up, and an hour before going to bed.

This small change had already such an impact on my mornings!!

I feel sharper, I take my time doing things instead of being busy checking my social media while I am preparing breakfast. And I decided to use my camera (Canon EOS 6D) instead of my phone to take the photos of my recipes.

Start your day the right way

I am feeling truly blessed with my life and I am grateful for having the opportunity to pursue my dream and happiness.
