Porridge and Peach ♥

I like porridge; it is fast, easy and nutritious breakfast. Most importantly it keeps me going for most of the morning feeling lighter 🙂

Porridge with granola and peach

Course Breakfast
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 50 grams oats gluten free
  • 30 grams granola gluten free
  • 80 ml water hot boiling
  • 1 peach
  • 1 coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add the oats and the boiling water in a bowl, cover it with a lid for about 5 minutes or until the oats absorbed the water. 

    Mix it and add the honey. 

    Top it with the crunchy granola and the peach and then coconut flakes.

You can use milk, soy or coconut milk instead of the water, also I like it with coconut flakes, but it is delicious with almonds and dark chocolate too. 🙂
